Officially Valid Document (OVD): Passport Driving License
Voter ID card issued by the Election Commission of India
NREGA issued job card duly signed by a state official
Letter issued by the Government National Population Registrar containing the details
of name and address.
KYC documents required for different types of customers:
Person: Aadhaar number issued by UIDAI
PAN or Form 60 as defined in the amended Income Tax Rules 1962
From time to time.
Provided that where Aadhaar number has not been given to anyone
person, he shall submit proof of application for nomination
Aadhaar which is not more than six months old and in case of non-availability of PAN
A certified copy of the “Officially Valid Document” submitted
Must contain identity and address details and a recent photograph
be received. Provided that a person who is a resident of Jammu and the State
Kashmir or Assam or Meghalaya and who do not submit Aadhaar or proof
The following will be obtained for applying for enrollment of Aadhaar:
An attested copy of the OVD containing the identity and address details
a recent picture
PAN or Form 60 as defined in the amended Income Tax Rules 1962
From time to time
Person who is not to be enrolled for Aadhaar Number or who is not
resident, the following will be received:
PAN or Form 60 as defined in the amended Income Tax Rules 1962
A recent picture from time to time.
An attested copy of the OVD containing the identity and address details
