Nirman Labour Education Or Koshal Vikas Yojna

The labor card is issued by the Labor Department for the working class by the Government of Rajasthan, so that the benefits of the schemes run by the government can be availed.
Some schemes are being run by the Labor Department which are as follows

1.शुभ शक्ति योजना, 2.निर्माण श्रमिक जीवन व भविष्य सुरक्षा योजना,   3.निर्माण श्रमिक शिक्षा व कौशल विकास योजना  4.निर्माण श्रमिक सुलभ्य आवास योजना 5.निर्माण श्रमिक औजार/ टूलकिट सहायता योजना

6.प्रसूति सहायता योजना 7.सिलिकोसिस पीड़ित हिताधिकारियों हेतु सहायता योजना 8.हिताधिकारी की सामान्य अथवा दुर्घटना में मृत्यु या घायल होने की दशा में सहायता योजना 9.निर्माण श्रमिकों को विदेश में रोजगार हेतु वीजा पर होने वाले व्यय का पुनर्भरण योजना 10.निर्माण श्रमिक अन्र्तराष्ट्रीय खेल प्रतियोगियो हेतु प्रोत्साहन योजना 11.निर्माण श्रमिक एवं उनके आश्रित बच्चो द्वारा भारतीयराजस्थान प्रशासनिक सेवा हेतु आयोजित प्रारम्भिक 12.निर्माण श्रमिको के लिए व्यवसायिक ऋण पर ब्याज के पुर्नभरण योजना 13.निर्माण श्रमिकों के पुत्र पुत्री का आईआईटी आईआईएम में प्रवेश मिलने पर ट्यूशन फीस की पुर्नभरण योजना, 14.श्रमिक कार्ड नवीनीकरण फॉर्म इत्यादि योजनाएं चलाई जा रही हैं |

Eligibility for the scheme ->
1. The beneficiary should have a son/daughter/wife.
2. Must be studying regularly in a government or private school or college recognized by the Central / State Government, or should be studying regularly in a government or recognized private ITI and polytechnic course run in the state
3. The meritorious student should have passed class 8th to 12th examination with 75% marks or equivalent grade. 60 percent or more marks or equivalent grade in the examination (including medical, engineering or other professional examination) at Diploma, Graduation and Post-Graduate level.
Documents required for application by eMitra ->
1. Copy of the mark sheet of the examination passed.
2. Certificate of the head of the educational institution (as per the prescribed form in the application form)
3. Copy of Beneficiary Registration Identity Card or Card
4. Copy of Janaadhaar Parivar Card or Janaadhaar Enrollment
5. Copy of Aadhar Card
6. Copy of the first page of the Bank Account Passbook
55,000 rupees incentive/assistance will be payable.
Unmarried daughter attaining the age of 18 years

The laborer should be from Rajasthan and his income should not exceed 1.5 lakh.
