According to the announcement number 76 of the year 2013-14, under this scheme, an amount of Rs.5.00 lakh is given as a loan to such special persons of the state who have their own and family’s annual income up to Rs.2.00 lakh, to start their own self-employment. Will be made available on which 50 percent of the loan amount or maximum 50 thousand, whichever is less, will be given as grant. In this scheme, the previously operated Vishwas Yojana has been merged in this financial year.

Where will the applicant apply to get the benefit of the scheme –>
The application will be made by the candidate to the District Officer, Social Justice and Empowerment Department of the concerned district.

Details of financial benefits / facilities available from the scheme –>
Under this scheme, a loan of Rs.5.00 lakh will be provided to such special persons of the state, whose annual income and family’s annual income is up to Rs.2.00 lakh, to start self-employment, on which 50 percent of the loan amount or Rs. Maximum 50 thousand whichever is less of both will be given as grant. In this scheme, the previously operated Viswas scheme has been merged in this financial year.

The eligibility of the applicant will be checked by the District Officer Social Justice and Empowerment Department within one month of receipt of the application. After that, application will be sent to the concerned bank for sanction of loan, after sanction of loan by the bank, the information will be sent to the applicant after sanctioning the grant.

Required Documents -> 1. The applicant should be a special person as per the provisions of the Persons with Disabilities Act, 1995. Whose disability percentage should be 40 or more 2. Applicant should be a native of Rajasthan 3. Applicant’s age should be minimum 18 years and maximum 55 years. 4. The annual income of the applicant’s family from all sources should not exceed Rs.2.00 lakh. 5. The applicant should not have taken the benefit of subsidy etc. under self-employment business scheme in Kiosk scheme or any other scheme in the past. 6 The applicant should not have outstanding loans of any bank, co-operative or semi-government institution over the term. 7. The applicant’s disability identity card and passbook should be maintained.
