Mukhyamantri Rajshree Yojana
Mukhyamantri Rajshree Yojana is a flagship scheme launched by the Rajasthan Government on 1 June 2016 to promote the birth, education, and empowerment of the girl child. Daughters are considered the Lakshmi of the household, but due to social and economic reasons, the birth rate of girls has been low.
This scheme aims to:
- Increase the birth rate of girl children
- Ensure proper upbringing and healthcare
- Encourage education from birth to Class 12
- Empower daughters to become self-reliant
🎯 Purpose of Rajshree Yojana
The main objectives of Rajshree Scheme are:
- To change social mindset towards girl child
- To support parents financially
- To ensure girls complete their education
- To improve health and nutrition of girl children
👧 Eligibility for Rajshree Scheme
To avail the benefits of Mukhyamantri Rajshree Yojana, the following conditions must be fulfilled:
- The girl child must be born in a government hospital or private medical institution registered under Janani Suraksha Yojana (JSY)
- The first two installments are available even if the girl child is the third child
- Further installments will not be provided if the girl child is the third child
- Beneficiary must have a Jan Aadhaar Card
- The scheme amount is transferred directly to the bank account
💳 Rajshree Yojana Linked with Jan Aadhaar
To ensure transparency, the Rajshree Scheme has been linked with the Jan Aadhaar Card. Now beneficiaries receive the scheme amount directly into their bank account.
👉 Jan Aadhaar Card is mandatory to get the benefits of Rajshree Yojana.
💰 Financial Assistance under Rajshree Yojana
Under this scheme, financial assistance up to ₹50,000 is provided from the birth of the girl child till she passes Class 12.
📊 Installment-wise Benefits
- ₹2,500 at the time of daughter’s birth
- ₹2,500 after completion of one-year vaccination
- ₹4,000 on admission in Class 1
- ₹5,000 on admission in Class 6
- ₹11,000 on admission in Class 10
- ₹25,000 on passing Class 12

नोट–> राजश्री योजना को अब सरकार के द्वारा अपग्रेड (नाम चेंज) 1 जून 2024 से मुख्यमंत्री लाडो प्रोत्साहन योजना या लाडली प्रोत्साहन योजना के नाम से अपग्रेड दिया गया है जिसमें पैसा 50000 से बढ़ाकर 150,000 कर दिया गया है।

📝 Jan Aadhaar Card Compulsory for Rajshree Yojana
- After 15 May 2017, payment is done only through Jan Aadhaar linked bank account
- Pregnant women must provide:
- Jan Aadhaar Card
- Bank account linked with Jan Aadhaar
These details can be submitted during ANC / prenatal check-up at:
- Anganwadi Center
- ANM / ASHA / Anganwadi Worker
- Government Medical Institution
